Automated customer satisfaction

Any business that is interested in out-performing competitors should make customer satisfaction the goal of all products and services. The practice of responding to customers complaints is becoming archaic with the advent of technology and the intelligent systems that can be deployed in order to boost return on investment.

When a majority of your customer base find your product reliable, they will not only patronise, they'll also spread the word to their friends and associates. Free marketing and good publicity will come and this can propel your company from an ordinary enterprise to a household name.

How?
Build digital products that are friendly, efficient and intelligent. In a digital organisation, beautiful user interface is not the only aspect a product owner should focus on. While a friendly service/product will get customers on-board, efficiency and intelligence will increase the long term value (LTV) of your product.

For instance,  a mobile app development company should leverage on the power of data analytics and AI tools that will automatically report and predict defects of an app. The customers shouldn't give a bad rating on the app store before the social marketing team requests for further information.

By using automated customer satisfaction mechanism, the appropriate unit should be notified without a human interaction. The affected customer should get a message acknowledging an unpleasant experience with an SLA on when such issue will be resolved.

This approach will increase the confidence of the consumer in any product and the company will save a lot of money by not dedicating precious hours into investigation and resolution of bugs or unplanned maintenance.

You can reach out to me if you need a guide on the implementation of this mechanism in any of your digital product.

Cheers!

Playitanywhere music app launches on Google play store

Hello!

The playitanywhere app is now available on the Google play store. The music app was developed with modern technologies and it allows any Android user to upload his/her songs and access them on any smartphone where the app is installed.

How does it work?
When you register on the app, a cloud account is created for you and by simply uploading your favourite songs, a playlist will be created and linked to your profile. The first 10 songs you upload comes at no cost but you are limited by the file size you can upload at a time. Each of the 10 songs cannot be more than 8MB.

In total, you will have 80MB free storage for your 10 songs. If you need to upload bigger file size or more than 10 songs, you can simply upgrade your account and choose an affordable plan that is charged annually. All the paid packages have unlimited number of uploads. This means your playlist will have no limit.

What are the features of the app?
  • Media upload
  • Social connection
  • Geo-targeted music
  • Recommended music
  • Latest buzz
  • Customisable homepage
  • PlayBox

My apps on play store

Hello!

Are you aware that I have published over 18 apps on different stores? It might interest you that I also worked on the Stanbic IBTC Bank apps for Android,iOS,Windows,Amazon and Blackberry 10.

Have you also heard of Globacom Mobile Tutor(Roducate)? I actually worked on the API for that application back in 2013 even before Robert and John Limited signed a partnership with Nigeria's second largest telecom provider.

Check out my personal apps at http://bit.ly/michaelokiapps and contact me if you need applications for your SmartTV, mobile or web platform.

Hey! One more thing.....

I know you have seen initiatives like Tensorflow, Microsoft Bot, Facebook Bot and Amazon Alexa. They have something in common. What's that?

Answer: Internet

None of the Bot frameworks I stated above works offline. I have developed a framework that can power any niche like customer care, payment, education, security etc with/without the Internet.

You can contact me for more details.
